Cultivating digital well-being through yoga, breathing, and meditation — for young people and adults finding balance in a connected world.
Explore WorkshopsUnplug & Breathe is a digital well-being initiative rooted in the belief that everyone — especially young people growing up in a hyperconnected world — deserves the inner skills to navigate screens, social media, and constant stimulation with awareness and intention.
Through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and guided reflection, we create spaces where preteens, teens, and adults can pause, reconnect with themselves, and build healthier relationships with technology.
Based in Finland, we work with schools, families, and communities to bring these practices to those who need them most.
Reconnecting with the body through gentle, mindful movement that grounds us in the present moment.
Simple, powerful breathing techniques that calm the nervous system and sharpen focus — skills for life.
Cultivating awareness and intention so we can choose how we relate to technology, not just react.
Welcome to Unplug & Breathe — a space to pause, reconnect, and find balance in a world that rarely slows down.
My journey began with a deep curiosity about the human mind and how we make sense of our inner and outer worlds. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics and a Master’s Degree in Cognitive Science, with a focus on psychology and philosophy, both from the University of Barcelona. Alongside my academic path, I completed a three-year training in Yoga, Meditation, and Personal Stress Management Coaching through Shri Vivek Yoga Center (Barcelona) and Nirpeksha Sannyas Ashram (India).
I am also the founder of the grassroots movement Smartphone Free Childhood in Finland, where I advocate for a more conscious and balanced relationship with technology, especially for young people and families.
For the past 15 years, I’ve worked with adults, teens, and children across Spain, Canada, the United States, and Finland. My work brings together science and embodied practice — integrating yoga, breathwork, meditation, and creativity to support digital well-being in a practical and human way.
I guide people to make a more intentional and mindful use of technology — by creating space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters.
“Live in the world, without the impact of the world.”

We're developing workshops that explore how digital life affects our bodies, minds, relationships, attention, time, and values — and what we can do about it.
Our school workshops create a space for students to pause, reflect, and better understand their digital habits. With a thoughtful and non-judgmental approach, we help young people feel more in control of how they use technology and focus on what truly matters.
Through a blend of yoga-inspired techniques, breathwork, meditation, open discussion, and creative expression, students are guided on a personal journey inward — learning to listen to their own needs, explore friendships in a more real and meaningful way, and strengthen their focus and concentration.
These workshops equip students with resilience, agency, and clarity, empowering them to make conscious choices and build a healthier, more intentional relationship with technology.
Interactive workshops designed for young people navigating smartphones, social media, and digital pressures. Through yoga, breathwork, and group reflection, participants build awareness of how screens affect them and develop practical tools for balance.
Workshops for adults who want to model healthy tech habits and support the young people in their lives. Combining mindfulness practices with discussion of digital culture, these sessions help parents and caregivers lead by example.
